Colours and patterns in classic or modern designs make mosaic tables an appealing piece of furniture to display in house or garden. Mosaic tables are created using the indirect or reverse method – more complicated than the direct method, but a useful and essential technique in many projects, such as creating table tops, where the surface needs to be flat. So if you have a small table at home you’ve always wanted to cover-up, or have yearned to create your own wrought iron table top to show off on your terrace or balcony – this is your chance to create a small unique table for interior or exterior use. The course is designed to teach the technique of the direct method in mosaic art. The knowledge can then be transferred to larger home and garden projects.
